Documentation
In The WordStar Command Emulator the ^C and ^R scroll commands don't maintain cursor vertical position because there is no facility in Word to determine the portion of the document in view, or the cursor's position in the view window. The WordStar scroll commands currently try to emulate WordStar, but doing this within the Page Layout view - where zoom factors, font size, and line spacing all have an affect, rather than just the draft view - where all lines are the same height.
^B is only set as a quick way to move to the start of the next paragraph.
This article compares the commands available in the full (registered) and the trial (un-registered) versions of the WordStar Command Emulator version 1.4. The WordStar Command Emulator also customises the Word pull-down menus so that they closely follow the menus in WordStar 7.0d.

The WordStar Command Emulator doesn't remove or disable any Microsoft Word commands, so as long as the commands don't clash with a WordStar command, the original Word keyboard shortcut still exists. Where there is a clash with common Word and Windows style commands, some of these have been re-allocated to similar key combinations. All other features are available through the Word menus.
